My goal is simple: help small businesses achieve better financial results. I do this through CFO work, digital tools, and educational content, all rooted in underlying principles that make accounting and finance accessible for the people actually running businesses.
I'm drawn to this work because of a defining moment early in my career. Despite having a degree in Accounting and an MBA, I froze the first time my CEO asked me why our labor margins had increased by 5%. The "book answer" I'd learned in school didn't give him anything actionable.
That moment changed everything for me. In the 15 years since, I've dedicated my career as a CFO to working with business owners and leaders, helping them learn, grow, and ultimately grow their business and put more cash in their pockets.
